2.01 Purposes.
The purpose of the Foundation is defined in its Articles of Incorporation. The Corporation may engage only in activities permitted for nonprofit corporations under Arizona law and statutes, such as:

1. Raise funds and gather tangible resources, such as medical equipment, supplies, and educational materials, to provide assistance to Ukraine in the areas of health, education, and family welfare.
2. Raise funds to assist various organizations in Ukraine in their efforts to develop a free and prosperous economy, safeguard Ukrainian culture, preserve Ukrainian national identity and cultural heritage, and develop the national democratic process.
3. Meticulously organize and deliver charitable, medical, and humanitarian aid to individuals and organizations affected or harmed during national democratic protests, as well as to their families.
4. Coordinate efforts with other aid organizations that offer similar charitable assistance to optimize impact and reach.
5. Consistently advocate for the advancement of civil society in Ukraine through grant-making and other programs, utilizing innovative technologies and different strategic approaches.
6. Provide financial assistance to an organization that works towards diminishing corruption across all sectors of life in Ukraine.
7. Provide financial assistance to organizations that actively uphold the preservation of Ukraine’s geopolitical unity.
8. Engage in programs aimed at raising awareness about Ukraine in the United States and globally.
9. To pursue any other charitable purpose in line with 26 U.S.C §501 (Section 501 (c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code) as determined by the Board of Directors of the corporation.
